"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

Take aways:

Shelby thingie for sale
Paid $900 for it
The guy really enjoys the car
The guy is truly an enthusiast
Not a collector
The guy shows defiance by placing the front license plate in the grille area, showing he will not comply by drilling the front of his GT350
The squid he gave a ride to really  enjoyed himself or soiled his pants. I couldn't tell....

Steve is a great guy. I've known him since the early 80's and it's because of him, and that car, I have one now. In fact Steve went with me to check mine out pre purchase. He is one of the top "go to" guys in So Cal for all things Shelby. He also is a judge at the Pebble Beach Concours de Elegance... he knows his stuff.

No one is soiling their pants at 40-50- mph hopefully. At least he can shift a manual transmission, most young people cant. :'(
