KR fender bolts
« on: February 10, 2022, 12:58:36 PM »
Getting ready to install the fenders on my July built KR. Would like to use the correct bolts. I used the search feature and I think I am even more confused. lol. I believe they should be the silver finish, but I had no idea there were different markings to choose from.
I have a box of fasteners that came with the car (it was in pieces when I got it ). I want to clean up and use the originals, but I'm not sure which ones to use.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
                            Thanks, Pete.

The T with dots disc washer bolts would be most common.  Others may be able to provide more specific examples closer to your Ford build date.  It's not uncommon for there to be a mix of head markings.

The T with dots would be the most common brand of fender bolt found on a KR

Look in your box of fasteners for these, "T with dots". The thread below was started by me when looking for replacements for my late June KR.
