It was probably 2018 and a friend who collects punch buggies invited me to what else a punch buggy event. The event was full of achtung vehicles, some pristine and some not so.

We hear sounds coming from the back and we turn around. My buddy says it's him, it's him. I look and this fella and he was sorrounded by the masses.

Looks like Jesus, is that Jesus? My buddy, all excited says not it's Magnus!

Magnus who? The Porsche guru !

Let's  go see him.  I replied I can see him from here, that's OK.  Well we got real close and let me tell you appearances are deceiving.  This Magnus guy is alright. Spoke to everyone, shared stories, signed stuff.

One thing he said was :

Low mileage cars or highly restored cars don't impress me. They are sterile. I like original, worn, used cars with patina. Cars that are used frequently. They have stories to tell, they have been driven, enjoyed, used, traveled and have stories.

That's when I knew that hippie was kool !
