I believe that Bret had this Shelby in his inventory around March 2016? Was a nice driver before restoration.

My personal opinion, the interaction between the seller and the BAT members asking questions may have had something to do with the high bid. Then again, maybe 75K was all the money in the room that day. We may never know.

If you follow the bat thread, Bill is spot on.  Less to do with the car and more with the broker etc...  But, not much less.
