My buddy Dave is the reporter on this.  He's a Ford/Shelby nut all the way.

What a great thing for he and Shelby Vegas to do for the boy. The gave him an incredible lifetime memory.

A fast ride in a new Shelby Cobra and being on TV.  Can you imagine the excitement if that'd happened to any of us at that age?  WOW!
