I see a hint of the Dark Moss Green '67 behind the red one

I'm still looking for the '67's that made in into the concour classes, also the popular vote.
We could see there was a red '67 with outboards, in the background of one photo.

Here is a front shot of the one in Concours

Excellent 3/4 front view Jeff!
Thanks

Pete and Rick, thanks for starting this thread and adding to it, wish I could have made it but circumstances prevented me from doing so, hope to be there in 2023.

Thanks again,
Dave

The two Jeff James restored '67's - both Gold!

Jeff said he was now retired - nice way to finish.

The red car for those who remember - was the car Ruben found in California and brought back to life and sold as a running car, there is a thread on the cars' find and his progress with it.

Factory Engineering car...way cool

Did this '67 sell or does anyone know the asking price?  I believe Jason Billips finished/corrected  or did the final detailing on it before the convention.
Not that car . You should be able to contact Shelby Parts and Restoration for information on the blue car in the picture.

I think this thread is missing two of the concours 67s - one lime and one moss green

Pictures of the Moss green was posted. Here are the two Lime GT-350 entered and both winners of Gold in Division II

Owners Tom Gilliam and Shane Fowler

And another of the one shown in Reply #27

I would love to hear more about the engineering car.  Has the story been published?

I believe the notes say the car was used for "302 emissions testing"

I discussed this with a few guys and the consensus was it's unlikely Ford would have needed to test a standard 302, so possible they were testing another version of the 302 in this car. Maybe something like a 302 tunnel port? Like many of the engineering cars the known history is just an outline.

The car was shown with a K-code motor.

The car was judged as it left Shelby American - as a standard '67 completed car prior to any emissions testing.
