When flying little private planes we had a saying - time to spare go by air. We always had to wait out a lot of weather that was too nasty for a little plane even with IFR. I'm glad to see the rest of the flying public is now having the same problems.
It's gotten to be if your drive is under 6 hours it's quicker (and always cheaper) to drive yourself.
