^^ What kind of vehicle is that behind him? It's a four-door utility sort of vehicle, but the rear doors are rear-hinged.

The only vehicles like it at the time would've been a Jeep or International.  (Possibly a Bronco, depending on date of the photo.) But I don't recall a four-door model of any of these.

Maybe some export market vehicle?  Or military spec?

Very good observation!  I hadn't thought about an Econoline. You're probably correct.

I didn't see these movies mentioned previously:

Indian Runner - '68 Shelby convt
Blow - 1967 Shelby
At the end of the remake of Gone In 60 Seconds there is '67 Shelby that is given to Nicholas Cages' character.

Are the Shelby numbers known for these vehicles, or where they are now?
