In Delaware...who can properly repair this ?

 well that is a tough repair / do you have the rest of the parts of the fiber glass ?  this would make it more  viable .


It may be  repairable but in long run  might show  the repaired areas due to location .
Some where some one is driving their collector car for the last time but they don't know it . Drive your car every time like it could be the last memory of it .

Might try a quality boat fiberglass guy up there.

Looks like the hinge froze and they forced the hood breaking the glass and bending the steel insert. You need to first get the steel straight, aligned and secured then build up the outer surface. Since these were smooth on the inside the fix will be easy to conceal.
