I believe its the 1990 or 1991 SAAC 15 in Michigan, and the road racing was at Mid Ohio. Was anyone there?

1990 it was.  May have some slides I could dig out and put up on my website.  I'll have to look.

The multi state convention. I think that's the one we flew our Cessna 182 too. There was an air show at airport and the Thunderbird families were staying at the same hotel so they used it for their gathering point and we got our own show. We had to skirt some thunderstorms flying up to Dearborn (Plymouth). I remember the carts at Donino Farms going around passing out "breakfast" pizza.

Drove from PA to OH, did the open track, and on to Dearborn.  First time on a (non oval) road course. Volunteered my brother in law to rebuild the fuel pump on a 67 GT500 from Indiana in the parking lot at Domino Farms.  They were able to buy two at the swap meet and put it together to make one, it got them home.  Later they came to PA and took us to dinner.  The good old days.  :)

Would be great to see some of that footage! Any available on DVD?
I received a copy of this Swedish magazine from Rick Kopec, coverage of SAAC 15.
I guess Rick was really good friends with some of the Swedish Bikini Team?

I was there with a Swedish friend. In fact, I believe I traded this magazine and others with Rick Kopek for some good
stuff he sent me.

I went to the mid Ohio track day and have a vhs of the event.   I need to find a vcr and see if the tape still will function.
