32F here this a.m. and will get into the mid-20 lows for the next few days.  Headed to VIR to instruct at an HPDE this week-end but won't take a car to run since I don't want to ruin a perfectly good set of race tires.  Most high-performance tire manufacturers warn that temps below 40F can weaken the sidewalls.

Lots of the shave ice stands around here.  We determined long ago that the best snow was in cone cup and topped with different syrup flavors.  And, no, we don't add salt.
