Hello all,
I am new to this forum and very excited to learn as much as I can regarding my 1966 GTO350 S6505. Basically, my dad purchased it back in the 80's drove it for a short time than got put into a barn to never see daylight again.  Well, it has finally seen the light! My dad has finally agreed for me to get this awesome car back to road worthy cruising.
Unfortunately, he does not have much info on it, so any information you all have will be very useful in this restoration.  There is so much information on the web that it becomes overwhelming.

Again, any information will be greatly appreciated

According to the latest printing of the 66 Registry it was ordered on 12/8/65 from Ford and shipped to Harr Motor Co in Worcester MA

Original owner Anthony Tosome of Lawrence MA one 1/5/66. Had some warranty work, multiple items fixed (listed in the Registry) over the following 3 months or so

Last known/reported to have changed hands in 1985

Suggest you purchase a copy of the Registry and you will find allot more information on the 66's and information you can trust when compared to allot of what you will find on the internet

And welcome to the site. Spend time read allot of prior posts and ask questions as needed. We're here to help

Always good to see a car resurface. It's a white no stripe 4 speed car like one of mine. Does it have painted magnums still?

A reminder: much of the registry is submitted by the owners. So, you might want to add what you have witnessed by watching the car where it was, and stories from you father that you have heard.

Sapphire Blue is the best... although I may be biased :)
