Looks like an over the counter 302 Ford valve cover sold by Shelby in the 1970's. At the time they were carried by Honest Charleys, Vic Hubbard, JC Penney Auto Department and others.

These have the Cleveland bolt patern...Boss 302

Maybe an Aussie 302 Cleveland. By the time Shelby was selling those there was no Boss anything being produced at Dearborn. I guess you could buy a set and put them on a used car.

They are period correct, but not production parts used on cars

Not original on anything. Aftermarket piece.
