Event took place despite weather predictions. The sun even shined for awhile. About 50 Shelby-related cars at least--a whole row of Cobras though most were replicas from Superformance. One real one was Bruce Meyers own very early Cobra. Bruce is head of the Museum. Around 10 am or so  some former Shelby employees took the stage and talked 'bout old times. There were two '65 or '66 GT350s, one GT40 (that seemed to have a  modern engine) Glad everyone braved the rain where they started from to get to the sunny roof of the Petersen museum parking structure. Especially liked seeing whole families attend....those kidlets are the future Shelby fans....

I didn't take many pics but here are a few.  Not a huge turn out due to weather.  The beast was still the first show I went to here when Shelby was there.  It was PACKED with Cobras.
