I don't think so. To much depth to face and this profile appears not consistent with the production pieces, and the elbows appear to be as cast-in or welded-in and dressed as I don't see threading provisions? But with the consistent coloration if not as cast (aluminum) but rather assembled then post dressing/grinding/epoxying and painting would have been required.

Looks like a bunch of mismatched intention parts more or less assembled solely for appearance sake. And yeah, I vote for the likelihood of a boat intentioned presentation along with the up-turned shortie-headers (looking very much like FOX Mustang application originally) but still needs a lot of finishing along with the damper and bolts installed and others tightened.
