I have info from several very reputable sources that the guy in the photo is John Timanus.

FYI- There was some earlier mention of Jack Khoury and Jim Benavides. I think Jack Khoury was a production manager. Jim Benavides was the 427 Cobra Project Engineer (i.e., Chuck Cantwell's counterpart).
