New chili packaging spotted while out replenishing
« on: May 25, 2023, 01:59:06 PM »
Anyone else see the new packaging? I like it.
"Low she sits on five spoke wheels
Small block eight so live she feels
There she's parked beside the curb
Engine revving to disturb
She's the princess from his past
Red paint gold stripes damned she's fast"

Nice packaging but since CS has had no connection to the product for decades, I find no interest. 8)

Yes, it is good if you know how to modify it.

Real beef - not ground - NO beans - Beer not water - handful of onions and sharp cheddar cheese on top when serving.
CS sold it longe before he passed away. I still have a product rarer than Pit Stop. It's a prepared Chili in a bottle. He had a few cases made up for test marketing. It failed and he'd give a couple bottles to anyone who stopped by the office.

Must add fresh sauteid garlic/onion/and green peppers. Cook it in a crock pot for 10 hours, (yes I have had it for breakfast)...also a must is a jar of salsa and a couple of cans of Italian diced tomatoes. YUMMY

^^ Might taste great, but I doubt CS would've put anything Italian in his chili.
