4 speed shift lever lockout bushings

Hello !!   is there a place where i can get the two hard black nylon bushings for the lockout mechanism ??   mine are long time gone and this clicking metal on metal sounds that the lockout sliding part do when hitting the lever is very annoying . looks like they are not reproduced . dont want to buy a new shifter lever . any tips to fix that problem ??  any 4 speed shifter restorers out there that can provide these little parts ??  thx .

Try Bill Heeley, he has been rebuilding / selling OEM Ford shifters for decades and has reproduced many of the parts. I have dealt with him for many years and he is quite reliable.

If Bill cannot help you, here is a tip: I have fixed this problem with a properly sized rubber "O" ring

I believe the gentleman is looking for the sleeves that go between the body of the shifter and the slide where the "T" lockout is.
