Is there a special signal flasher for the 68 Shelby`s using the dynamite sticks. Any body have part number ?

Yes

The trade number is 323

Wagner makes them and they were used on vintage Corvettes

Lots of them on Ebay.  Search 323 Tung Sol Signal Flasher.
