Bob, here's a view showing a couple additional rivets further back. I'll let you interpret as needed. Just providing data point which may or may not be useful for this production time frame.
Interesting showing yet another installation variation with two small rivets in the front and back .

Of course this is going to add another "wrinkle" and chances of false positives since there are a number of examples where the scoops were made functional by owners at some point. Have a few of those  :( already show up.  But we can try.

Yes have a number of those (fewer than the two piece at this moment)  but enough to see that we likely have another variation in the mix.

"6T6/7" can you feel inside the scoop is not blocked-off? and is there an opening in the rear wheel wells, see attached for reference...



JD, yes can see and feel opening at each end and duct in between.
