Any quality difference?

I am comparing the cost of several parts between NPD and Virginia Classic Mustang and from what I am seeing VCM is less expensive in almost every case.  Does anyone have any experience to say the quality of one over the other is any different?

I just want my parts to be the best and the closest to original as cam be, price doesn't mean anything if the part is bad. I do not like it when places have different grades of quality. Make thing so confusing.
