I dropped by the track to watch the Trans Am race on Saturday. We were short on time, so only got a few pix and one short video of some of our favorite cars.

2006 FGT, Tungsten. Whipple, HRE 20s, Ohlin coil-overs. Top Speed Certified 210.7 mph.

Kirkham Cobra 427.  482-inch aluminum side-oiler. Tremec 5-spd.

Lynn Park's Cobra at Quail, not Laguna.

Bugatti vs Wheelchair. Which is quicker?
Chair is EV, so lots of torque.
Car blows past it at 15 mph.
