Thanks  8) - I "borrowed" the idea from one of the other guys in the Club... I really like "double meaning" tags.

not sure why Dan went quiet on this?
Black would be very Knight-Rider-ish  ???
Apparently there was very little change in the mid-to-late 80s. Talked to a guy at the [NJ] Optima Challenge in the summer... the car was something like an '84, but it was "dressed" as an '87 IIRC.
The (1989) 20th Anniversary/Indy Pace Car/ V6 Turbo cars were all white with tan and the gold wheels.

We left Boston before the snowstorms to go racing in Florida with my daughters 87 Buick GN. So we have had no "net" time. Yes those were our summer and winter drivers. We all drove em for years. Crazy power out of a little V6. Playing with it today on the dyno. 711 rwhp an 840 torque. Hopefully gain some more HP tomorrow. Then racing Friday  8)

Grumpy,
The white Firebird in the garage looks like it has the black lower paint treatment. Is that an '82-84 Trans Am?
I think a few others here think it is a turbo T/A.

That was a 89 TTA. Wifes car she got new. Had 3 of them over the years.  Drag raced it 3 days after she got it. People didn't know what it was. Perfect sleepers. ;D
