Look closely, I'd say it in the fold that's barely visible. Not the dark fold to his left, but the lighter fold.

     Probably Carrol Smith's jacket. In that case it would be spelled correct but "stolen" LOL

The "L" is sitting on the raised fold, That's what I see and I'd bet there is a hidden "L" on the back side of the raised fold. If you look closely the "L" is raised out above the "O".  Also, taking into consideration he is also sitting on a slight angle away from the camera.

Anyway "Carroll, Carrol, Carol....We know who he is. LOL

I'm pretty sure that Moped sold at auction for $1.2 mil recently, and yes he did sign the gas tank.
