Are these correct drums for a 65 and 65/66 backing plates? What are these worth?

I believe the correct drums have a square hole punched between the lug holes

'67s have square holes.

To be more precise 66 and 67 have the square hole 65's and some early 66 have three raised nubs on the face.

From my observations, 49294(5) backing plates are typically 65's. My notes also show one very early 66 with them originally, but most all true 66's appear to have 70390(1) backing plates. Carryovers appear to have a mixture of both.

If someone has 2 drums for my 67 GT500 and the backing plates we also can talk about a trade.

I can only see that Jay Cushman sold a set in 2019 but not the price he sold them for is there someone who can give me a route for the price or maybe someone here wants to trade for some 67 GT500 parts I would need?

That style drum you pictured was not used on any year Shelby and have little value to someone wanting original.

Ok now I´m confused as these were bought from a saac member some years ago. And they have the 3 nubs and I have seen exactly the same ones on Ebay a while ago for sale for a extreme high price.

The extra holes in the face do not add to the authenticity.A shame those are there because they do have the nubs.

Someone would have to weld those up and metal finish them off and blend in the surrounding patina surface so that the repair is not noticeable. Then they would be fit for someone to use on a early Shelby IMO.
