The fiberglass override covers painted or raw?
And did they still have the tube cover?

The fiberglass covers were typically raw unpainted fiberglass. The tube cover was used but not sure if that was always or if there was a transition early without to later with. If yours have open rivet holes that would be a good indication that it had the rubber.

Good observation.

That is our own access for the inside of the rear frame rail. On restorations like this, Jeremy cleans out and treats the inside of rockers and frame rails. Hidden access holes are made to reach these areas. Any of these holes/openings are made so they are not visible once the car is put together.
