Can someone post a picture of an original aluminum 428 PI manifold breather, for a GT 500 KR. Thank You!

The GT500 KR used the cast Iron CJ intake manifold not the PI aluminum one. GT500 used the PI intake. Nether one used a manifold breather . The valve cover had a breather . Is that what you are inquiring about?

Yes BOB thats it. What covers the PI intake hole on the back of the manifold?

Bill Upham at Mansfield Mustang makes a perfect reproduction of the cover. Bolts are 1/4"-20 with integral star washers. You have to make the gasket, an old Kleenex box works well.
