That radio dial is from the Bendix model which was found in the early Mustangs & the '64 Falcon.

Can't tell if the car is moving but the gauges don't seem to be registering anything. Looks to have a steering column mounted tach also. He's got his Italian driving gloves on so he's ready for action  LOL.

Gauges are probably the ones later changed on the 66 dash from the idiot lights, the oil pressure and amps.  Driver looks like he is going over instructions  as tach an speedometer are not registering.
