Dealers are sitting on a 354 day supply of Mach-E Mustangs. Only 111 day supply of Lightnings. Overall the industry has on average a 71 day supply that is higher than normal. Even Toyota exceeds the "magic number" by 2 days with a 32 day supply. Ram is at 120 days and you can expect that to grow as their diesel emissions cheating scandal gets more ink. Mandatory recall of 600,000 Ram trucks, and that Cummins remedy environmental damage it caused when it illegally installed emissions control software in several thousand vehicles, skirting emissions testing.

Ford said it will match production to customer demand. Ford CEO Jim Farley suggested that the anticipated strong demand has not materialized, blaming high prices and spotty charging infrastructure. By the end of November, Ford had sold just over 20,000 Lightning pickups in the U.S.

Our Dealership has a LOT of the Mach-E's and the Lightning's on their Lot.  I have only seen a few of each on the Road around here.

They can keep them all. 'I' would never buy a new Ford again.

I'm in the same boat. I kinda have a hankering for a 2018 Bullitt but maintenance/parts down the road pretty much cools my desire. At 73 I think my next/last car will be another one with points.

In a related note Hertz will be selling 1/3 of its EV fleet and replacing them with ICE cars. That's 20,000 more used EVs hitting the marketplace.
A 2023 Tesla 3 is 28 grand - retail was 39,000 - a loss of about $1,000 per month.  A 2022 Model Y was $66,000 new and now 41 - with 30,000 miles it lost 83 cents for every mile driven - there is the true cost of an EV.
