I have a 67-68 Mustang cluster for sale. This cluster has a 200 KPM speedometer and a 6000 RPM tachometer in it. The needles move freely on the tack and the speedo. It would be up to you if you want to restore the gauges. What you see in the pictures is what I have as there is no glass or dials for the cluster it self and no knob on the mileage reset.
