Inside redone by  Mike Miles  my  4 speed guru.  using new concours case and tail.   2.36 ratio . nos M main drive, cluster and excellent 2-3 gears. complete list of parts inside available.  Ready to pour oil in and go.  Restored original Shifter available at extra cost
