Trunk Tools for a '65 Mustang with Cragars: What's Required?

For a 65 trunk battery car with Cragars - it there supposed to be a mustang ratcheting wrench and a Cragar wrench in the trunk?  or just the Cragar wrench?

Both, since the cragar lug wrench won't fit the standard jack that came with the car.
