68 Shelby Fender Emblem Question

Another Question.  The 1968 Shelby GT 350 Fender Emblem, (Snake with "COBRA"), is it Stick On or Pin On?  If Pin On, How close are the Pins?

Thanks, how close are they to each other, if you a circle around them, how big would the circle be?  2"? 2.5? 3"?

I measure 3" between the top pin and each of the bottom pins and about 2.5" between the bottom 2 pins.
