You might try asking:

Fred Ballard (fredsclassics@hotmail.com)

The other great sources for HP289 factory parts I have patronized the last three decades have either retired or passed on but JD at this site might be able to help or point you towards somebody that can.

Holman and Moody can also re-grind an original HiPo 289 cam and retreat the surface. This might as well be an NOS cam when you get done.  The amount of material removed is barely any and does not affect the other valve train parts. That's at least what Holman and Moody told me.

Best of luck

Holman-Moody makes hipo camshafts and matched solid lifters.
+1 on the H-M suggestion.  If that doesn't work out, Howard's Cams & Racing Components makes a near identical reproduction of the factory camshaft.

Thanks everyone! I actually have Fred on speed dial and he does not have one.. Holman moody does not have any billet stock right now for the cam or lifters and is 6+ months out.. I will check with all classic motors and see what they have!!
