Second 4-Plex Offer Accepted!

I am that much closer to being able to afford a real Shelby. I made an offer on one of the 2 4-plexes I looked at today and they replied with an acceptance in less than 5 hours! I will be inspecting the other two units in that building tomorrow, as I and a group of investors who showed-up for the open house today, couldn't get access to units 3 and 4. I just bought my first one last Dec. I can't wait to refinance them, cash-out and go buy maybe a 6-plex or 8, if I can find one for the right price. Yay for me.
