Somebody must have a bag laying about somewhere.
The question is: what are the ingredients?

Thank you for your support.

Mostly corn meal, sugar and fats, followed by salt, baking soda and preservatives if I remember correctly. At least that is what makes up a typical corn bread mix/recipe. Some will have you add a can of creamed corn, honey or other ingredients for a slightly different taste or texture.

Don't have a package laying around - sorry. Trademark died 36 years ago. (1982)

Supposedly there was a Carroll Shelby's Southern Cornbread, but I never saw that one. Would have bought it, if I had.

I thought the Habanero Salsa was pretty good.

I have a bag/kit of CS chili that I bought back when it first came out. I can't remember what year but if I had to guess, the bag is about 15+ yrs old. Think it's still good :o

First ones had "One Buck Well Spent", later changed to "World's Best" printed on the front at the bottom.

Lol, now you got me wondering. I'll have to go dig it out of the basement and check it out.

You sparked my curiosity which made me pull one of my bags out of the spice cabinet and it has NOV 2 91 stamped on it . I'll make it this week and let you know.

If you have any of the corn bread mix still sitting on the shelf and want to try it.
Watch/inspect for the little crunchy protein bits  ::)  after being on the shelf that long

No cornbread just the Chili Mix spices. I surprised myself how long it's been since I made some.
