I was walking in Target with my son today and saw that the Smithsonian has a line of toys.  Among the different things offered was a visible engine, and it brought back some memories of when I was a kid.  What kinda ticked me off was that of course they couldn't produce the standard V8 like we all remember, but instead it's now a 4 cylinder.  We have to start early with the kids.  Too much horsepower is evil.

You can still get the V8. I even have an Renwal visable radial engine kit. ( Don't ask what that cost)
