Here are some pics I came across of CSX2035, Bob Razelle, at Westwood, British Columbia, Canada, one I zoomed in, but the

resolution is crap ! probably '63 or '64, according the information in my 2008 4th. edition of the registry. Any other photos of it ?

ex-racer Bobby Rahal in his 289 Cobra street roadster at last week's Ponte Vedra Auto Show in Florida.

Does anyone know which CSX chassis number it is?

About two years ago, Rahal had a red 289 Cobra that was featured in a Petersen Museum YouTube video. Does anyone know whether this is the same car now repainted black, or is this a different car?

This is a different car. It was purchased by Mr. Rahal almost two years ago from a gentleman in Denver, CO. Previous owners include Kenny Passerelli, and Eddie O'Brien. I do not have the CSX number handy.

I believe thats CSX2545, originally white, then black, red, and back to black again.

yep, confirmed by Ned via Facebook as well

update: I've also confirmed that the red 289 Cobra in the YouTube video is a Kirkham replica

I believe this to be Jerry Hansen's  CSX2026 in 1964, don't know what track, looks to be a cold day !

From the registry, I wonder if that's the Corvette that Hansen beat, who's owner was so frustrated that he bought CSX2026  ;)

The ex-Shelby racing team Cobra (CSX2002) was raced five times at Mosport in 1963 by Eppie Wietzes.

Does anyone know exactly which race this photo is from?

The tape pattern over the headlamps is probably the most telltale clue as the car wore #54 often that season.

To SunDude:

It's the September 1963 St. Eugene sports car races for Eppie (2002).

Thanks! I think you're right, even though the website where I found that photo said it was Mosport.

I just found two dated/credited photos from the same race at St. Eugene/Connor Airport. The second pic has the same black tape pattern over the headlamps. In addition, the hay bales along the course seem to match my first webfind pic.

(fun fact: the old St. Eugene/Connor Airport track is just 108km/67miles from where I now live)

I searched here for references to the Stilltime Collection, but did not find any, hope this hasn't been covered in the past.  Here is a link to a few pictures that are actually tagged as "Cobra".  There may be more, try browsing their Racing collection.
