Is it a hallmark?

I remember those from some time ago on display racks in a mall where the trucks came with different first names on the side.  As none of the ones that I saw displayed had "Shelby" name on them, I passed.

Not Hallmark.

as for the name, my sister couldn't find one that said "Mark", so she thought this would be a good choice for me (ya think anyone else knows my interests?  ???)
