67 GT500 need input on super rare part

I really need some input on this,  its not really a for sale item by me .  One of my guys I buy a lot of parts from out east sent me these pics and we are trying to get some input  on value .  I dont really need it  but Id like to help him out.  Its super rare -  one of the hardest parts to find when you restore a 67 GT500 . Ive only one come in to my shop in the 42 years Ive been working on these cars  and this is the first NOS one I've ever seen .  Lets here from you

For comparison I get 300.00 plus shipping for exact functional NOS looking replicas made from engineering drawings. I have only had two NOS originals in 30 years . Used ones typically don't survive removal .
