Might try contacting the artist that does all the SAAC artwork for the conventions.

Thanks, I am looking for some to do a realistic digital drawing, not old school pencil drawings....I think I found my guy

Some computer image software will convert photos to look like they are a drawing. I think Corel Draw will will let you apply different filters to an image depending on what you want.

This is purely speculation on my part, I think Mr. Coralsnake found who he was looking for. My only evidence is the logo for SAAC43.
