I can tell you this. Using the boxed section that goes up into the engine compartment (next to the transmission) will, if it hasn't already, bend up, eventually.
My car is "in the bubble" right now but look in the owners manual. I think it shows the "per Fomoco" preferred jack points. And, I believe the prefered points are along the pinch weld. Even better to assist in this is a 6 inch long 2 X 4 with a 1/2" groove sawed through it wide enough to hug the pinch weld area drop off to save the paint. Look along the pinch weld for the small rectangle area front and rear.
One area that seems OK is the boxed sectionnext to where the rear springs bolt in, towards the front.
I don't know about the rest of you but, using a floor jack under the rear axle works, as does the metal brace that goes under the oil pan.
