What is the correct shifter handle for a 6/13 build A/T car?  Is it wood or ???  Anyone reproducing this?

Bigfoot

We have seen cars with wood and the other style as well which looks like a handle out of a sedan.
I would try to find a wood one.
I've seen the wood ones with and without the snake "inlay".

Thanks Bigfoot.  do you have any ideas as to who may carry these?

Bigfoot

They pop up on EBay from time to time.
And I've seen them listed here or 428 site in the past.

I have a wood shifter, came in a box of parts I got with my 68 vert gt350... I don't think 68's came with the wooden shifter so once I confirm that I'd let it go..it has the snake on it...
Do it now...sometimes "LATER" becomes "NEVER"....

The wooden handle with cobra snake is the typical automatic shift handle in 69/70. Many 68 Shelby auto cars also got the shift handles it was a early late difference for 68.Nobody is currently reproducing the wooden shifter handle. Ebay ,swap meets or wanted ads are you best bet for the foreseeable future.
