How is the choke tube from the carb connected to the exhaust manifold?  Can someone please post a picture?

The insulated tube goes at the top since heat rises . The lower uninsulated tube is for cooler return air to feed the choke furnace. They have to be clear so air can pass through to work properly. NPD and others sell rebuild kits for the choke furnace which is a new cap and stainless filter mesh for the inside . The old cap typically gets ruin in the chisel process to take it off.

It goes up over the valve cover and stops short of the air vent tube that comes out the side of the air horn just above the choke adjusting cover . A short rubber hose makes the connection between the metal tube and the air horn vent tube.
