Very classy pics. I like the leather helmets and goggles. A whole other lifetime ago.

I just had to add this one more. Wipers on goggles powered by a fan when moving at speed in an open cockpit.

Donna Mae Mims - what a character (I mean that in a good way).

Got her autograph and spent time talking with her at lunch when she was Honorary at the Mid-Ohio Vintage races one year.

She also worked false grid at the regional SCCA races, her "Whites" had a pink tinge to them - Think Pink was on all her cars.

Great thread and great pics! It's pretty amazing to think of what these women accomplished during a very different time.
