The 90-degree crimp in the pipe nearest the camera looks like the shop guy who made it was FUBAR himself. 

Or perhaps distracted.

Any Sieberling tire ads from the '60s or '70s?   
I ran their SuperWideSport tires on my '67 Cougar XR7.  Liked them and their logo as it almost looked like a CS. 8)
