It's only water. Water evaporates and before long she'll be like a new car.  Maybe the water cleaned it. I know. I know. I'm being a smug, daft idiot here. It could be brought back from the dead in all seriousness. Just needs someone to fall in love with her and breathe life back into the body with new internals.
