1965 Mustang Fastback 351c, headers

Building 1965 mustang with 351C, shock towers removed. Replaced with Heidts suspension, coil overs, power rack pinion steering and cross member. Does anyone have this set up, we are looking for suggestions for headers. Tube size no less than 1 3/4. Shorties or long headers. Does anyone have any info regarding this set up? Any help would be appreciated. thank you

I used a company named tubular automotive for my Boss 302 and 351 c powered 65-66  race cars with stock engine bays. These headers fit nicely without any modifications and were individual tubes that needed to fit sequentially... Don try to install out of order or it gets FU--ED UP fast, trust me. They make custom application headers, I don't know if they are still in business but they were really nice headers. ;)

     My personal observation is that headers made to fit a car with shock towers, but utilized in an application without, look bad, as they attempt with convoluted turns and shapes to avoid such that isn't present.     :o

Without shock towers, I would think you could drop a B9 mill in there.

No kidding - a 351C fits in between the stock shock towers easily. Seems like a 351C would look tiny with no shock towers.

I would entertain the idea of making a custom long tube header that takes advantage of all the extra room.
