Have a new center cap left over from a restoration. Ford licensed piece. $300.00.

I have yet to see a correctly reproduced 65 GT350 steering wheel center cap with the "double stepped chrome edge" around the inner cobra emblem. (See pic) The attached pic is an original.
Can you post a photo of the Ford Licensed piece?
